SCIENCE:
There is more to goal setting than deciding on what you want. Gaining clarity is the first part of the process, but the steps to successfully achieving the goals you actually want require strategies based on science. The field of neuroscience is where new discoveries bring us a greater understanding of the nature of the brain. It is from a place of science that we move forward together to reveal both the science and secrets of achieving your goals and making the change you seek.
AWARENESS:
The Science of Awareness explores elements of neuroscience and proprioception that help you gain greater self-awareness through the gift of insight. As you gain greater awareness of your mindset, you can begin moving forward using my evidence-based strategies as your roadmap.
STEP 1: MINDSET
EMBODY:
The Science of Embodiment explores your emotional barometer giving you a tool to check in with the ‘feel it’ phase. This helps you stay on track with my evidence-based tips and techniques so you can embody moving from conceptualizing your goals to manifesting them.
APPLY:
This is where the previous elements are consolidated and applied in practical, tangible, and measurable ways. Together we drill into what you really want and apply a realistic timeline for you to achieve your goals. We get specific, targeted putting key markers in place.
STEP 2: MOVEMENT
ATTRACT:
The science of visualization is another emerging science in recent decades and one that I have adopted with athletes, performers, and CEOs I’ve worked with. Within the world of sport, visualization is referred to as Visual-Motor Behaviour Rehearsal (VMBR). It’s not only adopted by Olympic athletes, but also by Oprah Winfrey and NASA astronauts. This is a key part of your success strategy and often the missing link in conventional goal setting.
